SPECIFICATIONS

The turbine in this model is based on the Jet Central Mammoth 250 SE Engine with the necessary modifications to adequate the engine to the series of sensors that are needed to collect data and optimize the engine performance in continuous testing.
In addition, these modifications allow us to guarantee at least 50 hours of service cycles in this turbine, all these parameters can be tuned (up or down) according to the customer’s request or needs.

This is the basic sensors setup that we recommend and it is included in the quote, however, this can be modified by the customer’s request to satisfy any requirement.

Test Cabinet
Extruded aluminum profile structure with aluminum covers and polycarbonate button for anchor (26” Width x 29” Depth x 63” Height).
The test stand bench is provided with a tank (can be modified for a high capacity fuel storage).
Also, the bench is equipped with a data collection during the testing process.

DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM

To provide a friendly, hazard-free experience while collecting the information collected during the testing, the Jet Central Test Stand is equipped with a PLC Unitronics Unistream 10.4” color touch screen with Unilogic programming software and USB and Ethernet communication.

The software is open-source, making possible to adequate the product to any customer’s request, it is a very simple programming tool, allowing the customer to do it at home or request it from us (extrafees may apply).
